I haven't received an email confirmation?
How can I find it to track my order and know
my order has gone through? 

- Check your junk mail & any other email inbox you may have used. If you cannot locate it, you may not have left an email at checkout. Email us to check and/or add an email to your order!

It's been a while and I have not received my order?
Please ensure you have looked at your email confirmation to see whether you have ordered under PRE ORDER (this means they will take longer as they are not sent our right away) additionally, adding any shipping times to the order to get to you. 
- Also refer to above message about slight delay in present PRE ORDERS going out.

Your order may have also been returned back to us due to customs
rejecting your order, please use your tracking information to keep
updated and email us if this occurs. 

SHIPPING COSTS  & DUTIES/IMPORT TAXES:
Some international (not all) orders may be subject to import duties/tax which is determined by your country's government. A Thousand Roses Store does not accept any responsibility for duties, taxes or custom delays that may apply once your package arrives in your country.
