I have been using the Calm balm for 2 weeks now, I take bubs up up to bed 20 minutes before his "sweet spot", do a pressure point foot rub with the Calm balm and a leg massage with baby moisturiser and he is out like a light 5 minutes before his due for sleep. Hubby sometimes forgets our little routine and you can see the difference. Bubs has just turnt 4 months and currently going through a sleep regression so naps can be a pain but with the Calm balm it makes it sooo much easier. Now that he has hit four months we do the same routine but with Sweet dreams roller for his night sleep. Honestly, hands down, a good consistent routine paired with the Calm balm or Sweet Dreams roller and you'll glide through regressions with very little issues. We went from 30 minute cat naps to 1.5 hr naps in less than a week. Thank you ATR team, so greatfull for your products!!
